Trusted Dental Office in Springfield, IL

We strive for excellence in all aspects of our personal and professional lives by maintaining equilibrium between work, play, love and worship. We endeavor to know ourselves and maintain a healthy balance.

We pledge to know our patients to the extent that they are not merely patients, but friends. We strive to establish relationships based on mutual respect and trust with each and every patient as we place their concerns first.

To know our work is the basic trust our patients have in letting us be their dental team. We dedicate our professional lives to being continuous students. Excellence can only be provided to our patients when we are armed with the best knowledge available.

We recognize that to be able to apply our knowledge, we must be able to provide our patients with quality care from a professional team. We accept as our responsibility, each patient coming to value quality, comprehensive dentistry, and wellness in their lives.

If we know ourselves, know our patients, know our work, and apply our knowledge, we and our patients, will reap the rewards.

Reflections on a Career

Entering Dental School in the fall of 1961, I had no idea that a career in dentistry would lead to so many blessings. From dental student, through Navy dentist and private practice, to retirement, it has been a truly wonderful profession.

Dentistry gave me the opportunity to serve my community, continue learning and meet a vast amount of new people. I also had the privilege of working with the finest dental team. One of the best rewards was having Kevin choose to practice dentistry with me. Working with him was not only a privilege, but also a great comfort knowing my patients would continue to receive excellent care.

As far as the future is concerned, I will continue to volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and my church. I am also trying to remain physically active with yoga and aerobic exercise. Along with Roberta, my wife of 50 years, we plan to travel more, to see family and our favorite vacation spot, Door County, Wisconsin. A high priority for us is being a part of our grandchildren’s lives. I humbly say “THANK YOU” for a wonderful career. I could not have dreamed of a better one.
A smile is a curve that sets everything straight.
